Pour 4 personnes
Ingredients
  • 4 escalopes de veau
  • 4 tranches de jambon de Parme
  • 8 feuilles de sauge
  • 1 boule de Mozzarella
  • Sel, poivre et huile d’olive
Instructions
  1. Rouler au rouleau à pâtisserie les escalopes entre deux feuilles de film alimentaire pour les aplanir
  2. Disposer sur chacune 1 tranche de jambon, puis 2 feuilles de sauge et 2 tranches fines de Mozzarella
  3. Rouler les escalopes sur elles mêmes et les fermer avec un ou deux pics
  4. Les poêler dans un filet d’huile d’olive jusqu’à coloration.
  5. Saler, poivrer et servir avec un [url href=”https://papaencuisine.com/risotto-aux-champignons/” target=”_blank”]Risotto[/url]
