Ingredients
  • 1 magret de canard
  • 1 camembert
  • 10 cl de crème
  • 1 CS de moutarde
Instructions
  1. Oter la croute du camembert
  2. Faire fondre le fromage avec la crème et la moutarde. Lier à la Maizena si nécessaire
  3. Entailler le gras des magrets
  4. Les faire revenir 12 minutes côté peau et 5 minutes côté chair
  5. Dresser dans l’assiette et napper de sauce
